The fellowship in Age Management Medicine at Cenegenics Medical Institute (now Cenegenics Elite Health) introduced us to a new way of looking at health care.
To use an analogy – In this country it is like we grade health on the A, B, C, D, F grading system. If your lab value or test result is in the “F” range then you are abnormal and need treatment. However, if you are in the D range, then you are passing and you are “normal”. Our health care system will help you get to a D if you are an F.
We have learned that the majority of people feel better when they are at an A or B quality of life. It is not about pushing you to above normal levels. It is about getting the individual to optimal levels to slow aging and improve the way you feel or to keep you feeling great if you already feel that way.
Anti-Aging is about looking at some of those factors that might be slowly damaging your body and many of these factors are NOT normally even looked for.
