CANCELLATION/MISSED APPOINTMENT FEES
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Your account will be charged a $100 no show fee if you fail to attend your appointment. The applicable fee must be paid at your next visit. You may not be allowed to book future appointments without paying this fee.
You are subject to the cancellation/no show fees outlined in the Consent Forms of the Patient Portal, which all new and existing patients are required to digitally sign prior to treatment.
Please note we remind you of your appointment date and time via text and/or email one week prior and 24 hours prior to your appointment, given a valid cell phone number and email address are provided and you are consented to receiving reminders.
We understand that a situation may arise in which you are forced to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but other patients as well, therefore we request your courtesy.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Each service has a designated amount of time to ensure adequate time for your benefit including the quality of your service. This policy is in place to ensure your service providers do not rush through your treatment and properly sanitize rooms between patients, as well as ensures the next scheduled patient is not delayed in their appointment time.
