Noelie’s Background
Noelie has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2004. She discovered a passion for Esthetics and obtained her Esthetician license in 2006. Since then Noelie continued her education and became an educator at the Aveda Institute in Louisiana. Noelie has been a Senior Laser Technician since 2013 and is a certified Hydrafacial specialist.
